My name is Małgorzata Nowacka.
I am an assistant professor at Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Faculty of Food Science.
My scientific work is related to the removal of water from plant products, using microwave-convective and infrared-convective drying. Moreover I do research related to the innovative method of pretreatment as ultrasound treatment.
My research interests are related to issues concerning:
- food drying,
- food safety,
- materials and articles intended
into contact with food, - design of food processing,
- development of new products
for the food industry, - osmotic dehydration.
